This year has been a fruitfilled exhibition in homemade wine making and it is not over yet. As the grape vines begin to ripen and the pears are getting ready to fall, I am set to bottle a massive amount of unique blends of homemade wine. The photos below show the first five blends. As of last week I was up to eight varieties. Currently I have started a watermelon batch and just yesterday I discovered the green grapes are ready. Over the next 2-3 weeks I expect to do up to six more blends featuring green grapes, red grapes and two different pear varieties. There will be no shortage of happy juice for me this winter!
